Pond banks are harder than they look
A retention pond bank drops from level ground to the water on a side slope, and the lower edge stays soft most of the rainy season. Crews without the right equipment either skip the bottom third or rut it up. We mow the full bank from the top down to the water line and trim around inflow and outfall structures so nothing blocks flow.

Grass grows fastest from late spring through the summer rainy season, so we tighten the schedule then and stretch it out in the cooler months. Monthly plans save 10 percent, and bi-weekly plans save 15 percent. Communities with several ponds get one fixed monthly rate.

Do you treat weeds or algae in the water?
We focus on mowing, trimming, and brush clearing on the banks. In-water weed and algae control is usually handled by a licensed aquatic applicator, and we're glad to work alongside yours.
